Hi, I'm Sloan!

I help busy women, who love to travel, spend time with family and friends, and stay active,  discover how to eat better, have more energy, and feel more in control of their lives.

I created this program because of my own experience with overcoming stubborn weight loss, achy joints, brain fog, adult acne, and most of all – low energy. Basically, I didn’t feel good about myself. My lack of energy was starting to affect my relationships, as well as my ability to feel alive and be happy. For years I treated my “symptoms” with exercise, fad diets, wishful thinking, willpower, naps — anything that I thought would work. I finally admitted that nothing was working long-term and realized that continuing to do the same thing and expecting different results was just pure crazy! I knew that something needed to change, but I didn’t know what, or where to start. And so my journey began. I cleaned up my life. It wasn’t overnight and it took a lot of trial and error, but the real change began when I started to understand that food did much more than impact my weight. I realized it was also a trigger for many of my physical ailments, cravings, and emotional eating. This program is based on what I learned from listening to many experts in the fields of health and nutrition AND by listening to my body. By following a similar plan I was able to jumpstart my journey to health, happiness, and an abundance of energy! I no longer have achy joints, my adult acne is gone, and I’ve gotten rid of excess weight. I have more energy than I did 20 years ago, my mind is clear, and I am confident in how I look, feel, and eat. Many of us set aside time to spring clean our homes, our yards, and our vehicles, yet our body is often forgotten. This is a wonderful opportunity to support your body so that it functions at its full potential. I see many clients who suffer from allergies, stress, fatigue, headaches, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, and skin problems. These are your body’s cries for help! It is asking for a time to rest, rejuvenate, be deeply nurtured, and “tuned up.” During this program, you will need to put a little extra time and attention into breaking from your routine and putting YOU first; but your reward will be feeling confident in what you eat and how you feel!
