You will never go back to store bought once you've tried this quick and easy homemade peanut butter!
2 cups raw nuts
1/4 tsp. seat salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place peanuts on a large jelly roll pan and roast in the oven for approximately 20 minutes. They should have a roasted flavor; if not put them in the oven for about 5 more minutes.
Let them cool about 5 minutes – or until you can touch them.
Put the roasted nuts into a food processor with the ‘s’ blade and turn on and let run for about 10 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides.
Once creamy, add salt and blend for another minute until the salt is thoroughly mixed in.
